4) Payments

CoursesToCards accepts encrypted uploads and processes them to generate flashcards. Uploaded materials and generated outputs may be stored temporarily as part of job processing, troubleshooting, delivery, and limited operational backup.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have legitimate access to the materials you submit and that your use complies with our Terms and applicable law.
7) Data Retention
We keep account and billing records for operational, support, fraud-prevention, and bookkeeping purposes. Job-related files may be retained for a limited period as part of processing, delivery, troubleshooting, and backup.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed for the service or our legitimate business purposes.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures intended to protect the information we store. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
